- Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English
- Qualified NEET-UG as per Dental Council of India (DCI) norms
- Minimum 50% aggregate in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC as per government rules)
- Minimum age: 17 years as on 31st December of admission year
