Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Service Fees (Client-Initiated Cancellation)

All service fees paid are non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel the event for any reason.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [contact_us@admissionjagat.in]. The date and time of the email receipt will be considered the official cancellation timestamp. No verbal or social media messages will be accepted as valid cancellation requests.

2. Refundable Service Fees (Company-Initiated Cancellation)

If the event is cancelled by us due to internal issues, staffing problems, or unforeseen operational disruptions, a full refund of the service fees will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Force Majeure Clause

We shall not be held liable for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), government regulations, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, refund decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

4. Deposit and Balance Payment Terms

Service fees are typically part of a non-refundable deposit required to confirm a booking. Any remaining balance (if applicable) may be refunded based on our agreement and depending on the cancellation timing.

5. Modification or Rescheduling Requests

Clients may request a reschedule at least [X] days prior to the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee fee adjustment. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking unless agreed otherwise.

6. Agreement to Policy

By submitting a booking and paying the service fee, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy in full.
